Easily accessible by public transit and located directly in front of a bus stop, Embody is right where you need us to be.

Our studio is equipped with 8 premium oak Reformers, featuring velvet arm rests, short and long straps, and beige leather upholstery. Sturdy, solid, and built for an elevated Pilates experience- each Reformer includes a tower for a full-body workout.

Our mat studio is equipped with 5 premium PU leather-top mats- no need to bring your own! Set in a warm, beautifully lit space with natural skylight, ambient lighting, and a full mirror, every class feels like a retreat.
