Shauna, Pilates Instructor

Shauna is a certified Pilates instructor with a classical foundation, blending precision and flow to create classes that feel supportive, challenging, and accessible. She focuses on building body awareness and confidence while meeting each client exactly where they are. Her goal is to create a welcoming space clients feel excited to return to.

Olivia, Pilates Instructor

Olivia’s classes are rooted in curiosity, connection, and community. She believes Pilates is a tool for learning about the body beyond aesthetics or weight loss. Expect thoughtful movement, moments of discovery, and a healthy dose of laughter.

Kristin, Yoga Instructor

Amanda is a Pilates instructor from Spanish Town, Jamaica, known for energizing yet grounding classes set to dancehall, soca, reggae, and afrobeat.
